Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Elton: Page 2, line 12, following "senate": Insert ", one of whom shall be a public member selected from a list of nominees submitted by labor organizations that represent state employees" Page 2, line 13, following "house": Insert ", one of whom shall be a public member selected from a list of nominees submitted by labor organizations that represent state employees" Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. And so, Amendment No. 1 was not adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 1, lines 5-6: Delete all material. Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly. Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Porter objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
